Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery only to the UK mainland, including the highlands and islands, Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses in Northern Ireland due to Brexit-related regulatory changes.

All orders will be dispatched the next working day. We offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £40.

Our standard delivery is a 2-3-day service charged at £2.99

Our Express delivery is a 1-2-day service charged at £4.99.

Please note delivery to the Channel Islands is a 2-3 day service only.

We have carefully selected our postal partners for their reputation, service levels and to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that we rely on our postal partners to deliver our parcels. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery timescales, especially in the current climate. Please get in touch after the timelines specified if your parcel has not been received for any reason. 

If you require a next day delivery service, a Saturday delivery or International postage, we can arrange this upon on request.

Please note, any orders received with a shipping address to Northern Ireland will sadly be cancelled and refunded due to the Northern Ireland Protocol regulatory changes. However, we can still process orders placed by our customers who reside in Northern Ireland and wish to ship our gifts to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland including the highlands and islands, Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

‘Do Not Open Until’ Option

If your wellness gift box is intended to be opened on a particular date just let us know, we can add a ‘Do Not Open Until’ date to the packaging. Just drop us an email immediately info@mindfill.co.uk after placing your order with your order number so we can ensure your parcel is shipped with our special sticker.

Delivery Addresses

Delivery address errors can be rectified before dispatch so please contact us immediately if you have made an error. Once we have dispatched your parcel, we are unable to make changes and can not accept responsibility for undelivered or lost items caused by an incorrect delivery address.
