We hope that you are delighted with your gift from MindFill however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note sale items are non-returnable.
- To return an item please contact info@mindfill.co.uk with the reason for return and proof of purchase.
- All returns must be received unused in the original, unopened packaging with all tags where applicable attached.
- Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you by email if you are eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method to the original purchaser. Please allow 7 days from receipt of your item to MindFill for us to process your return. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable, and the original cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
- You will be responsible for all return delivery costs incurred to return your item to MindFill unless an item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service as we can not be held responsible should we not receive your return if an item goes missing in transit.
- If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible at info@mindfill.co.uk so we can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, please return it to us once received within 14 days of the purchase date in line with our returns policy.
Please note that MindFill retains the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we feel that our Refunds & Returns Policy has not been followed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
